Vasculata 2026 is the national summer conference and intensive training course for the North American Vascular Biology Organization (NAVBO).
Vasculata is specifically designed for the next generation of vascular biologists, bioengineers, and physician-scientists. Rather than functioning as a standard research symposium, it acts as an intensive educational forum. Its goal is to provide foundational knowledge, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and foster close networking between trainees and established principal investigators.
We are thrilled to have three of our researchers representing us this week at Vasculata 2026 at the University at Buffalo, sharing our latest pharmacology and vascular biology research.
Our team will be presenting three individual posters covering critical aspects of cardiovascular health:
Melinee D’Silva is presenting on the role of TET3 enzymes and genetic mechanisms regulating blood vessel cell changes in atherosclerosis. (Link)
Samuel Fatehi is sharing insights into how G6PD enzyme deficiency plays a role in gender-dependent differences in aortic stiffness. (Link)
